Terms & Conditions – Scooled

Welcome to Scooled (“we”, “our”, “us”), operated by Skilletics Private Limited. By accessing our website, enrolling in programs, booking facilities, participating in events, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully.

Scope of Services

​

SCOOLED provides:

  • Sports coaching programs (Swimming, Football, Pickleball, Table Tennis, Fitness, etc.)

  • Facility bookings (courts, pools, turfs)

  • Memberships & passes

  • Events, tournaments, workshops, and community programs

  • Corporate & school engagement programs

​

Services may vary by location and availability.

These Terms & Policies govern all coaching programs, memberships, bookings, events, and facility usage at Scooled, operated by Skilletics Private Limited.
By enrolling, booking, or using Scooled facilities, you agree to comply with the following.

​

1. COACHING & MEMBERSHIP POLICY

​

1.1 Purchase, Pause, Transfer & Refunds

  • All coaching plans, memberships, and advance payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Once a plan or membership has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Coaching plans and memberships may be paused for a maximum cumulative period of 6 months from the date of purchase, subject to Scooled’s pause policy.

  • Pause requests must be submitted and approved before the start of classes.

  • Pause requests made after classes have commenced will not be accepted, and missed sessions will be treated as utilised.

  • In emergency situations only, memberships may be transferred once to a friend or family member, subject to slot availability.

  • A ₹500 transfer fee is applicable.

  • Transfers do not reset membership validity, pause eligibility, or compensation limits.

  • If Scooled cancels a session for operational reasons, a compensatory session will be provided within the same membership month, subject to availability.

2. COMPENSATION CLASSES

​

2.1 Eligibility

  • Weekday batches: Maximum 3 compensation sessions per month

  • Weekend batches: Maximum 2 compensation sessions per month

​

2.2 Booking Rules

  • Compensation classes must be pre-booked:

    • At the reception desk, or

    • Via official Scooled WhatsApp communication

  • Walk-ins without confirmation are not permitted

  • Compensation sessions must be completed within the same month

  • If sessions are missed in the last week of the month, compensation must be availed on or before the 5th of the following month

2.3 Travel, Work & Medical Absences

​

Travel / Work reasons
Compensation remains capped at:

  • 3 sessions (weekday)

  • 2 sessions (weekend)

​

Medical reasons

  • If more than 3 sessions are missed:

    • Valid medical documentation must be submitted

    • Compensation will be reviewed only after verification and management approval

​

3. CLASS ATTENDANCE & RESCHEDULING

​

  • All sessions are time-bound; late arrivals will not be accommodated

  • No extra time will be provided for late arrivals

  • Compensation sessions can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the session

  • Failure to reschedule within this window will result in the session being treated as utilised

4. POOL RULES, SAFETY & ETIQUETTE

​

4.1 General Pool Rules

  • Showering before entering the pool is mandatory

  • Only nylon swimwear is permitted; regular clothes are prohibited

  • Swimming caps are mandatory

  • Each session duration is 45 minutes

  • Running, pushing, or unsafe behaviour is strictly prohibited

  • Children under 14 must not be left unattended

  • Entry is prohibited for individuals with open wounds, infections, fever, skin conditions, or under alcohol influence

  • Toddlers must wear swim-proof diapers

  • Glass bottles, pets, and outside food/beverages are prohibited

  • All instructions from coaches and lifeguards must be followed

  • Pool usage is entirely at the user’s own risk; Scooled is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss

4.2 Pool Deck Rules

  • Photography and videography are prohibited inside the pool area

  • For kids’ coaching batches:

    • Parents are allowed on deck for the first 2 classes only

    • Entry thereafter is permitted only if required for reassurance or assistance

  • These rules ensure safety, discipline, and uninterrupted coaching

5. SWIMMING MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES

  • Members may attend only one session per day in their registered batch

  • Batch allocation is based on skill assessment; Scooled may reassign batches if required

  • Membership transfers follow Section 1.1 only

  • Lap swim memberships:

    • Provide pool access only (no coaching)

    • Do not include compensation

    • Valid for 30 days (monthly) or 90 days (quarterly)

6. SPORT-SPECIFIC VENUE RULES

​

6.1 Table Tennis

  • Non-marking shoes are mandatory

  • Barefoot play permitted only if non-marking shoes are unavailable

  • Maximum 4 players per table per booking

  • Rackets available for rent

  • Damage to tables, flooring, or equipment will attract recovery charges

​

6.2 Pickleball

  • Equipment is available for rent

  • Sports shoes are mandatory

  • Court capacity limits must be followed

  • Damage to courts or equipment will attract recovery charges

​

6.3 Box Cricket & Football (Turf)

  • Bat & ball available on rent; stumps provided

  • Metal studs are strictly prohibited

  • Match timings and venue rules must be respected

  • Damage to turf or equipment will attract penalties

  • Repeated violations may lead to suspension of booking privileges

​

7. SAFETY, LIABILITY & CONDUCT

​

  • Members must ensure medical fitness before participating

  • Scooled is not liable for injuries, loss of belongings, or disputes

  • Parents remain responsible for children outside scheduled sessions

  • Misconduct or violation of rules may result in immediate removal without refund

​

8. DEFAULT & TERMINATION

​

SCOOLED reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if:

  • Rules are violated

  • Behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe

  • Property or equipment is damaged

  • Instructions are repeatedly ignored

​

All decisions by Scooled management are final and binding.

​

9. POLICY UPDATES

​

SCOOLED may amend or update these policies at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of facilities implies acceptance of the updated terms.
